Age & Driving License
All
drivers must be above 18 years old and possess a valid Singapore Class 3
Driving License. All foreigners must hold a valid International Driving
License and valid passport.
Standard
Rental Agreement
All customers have to visit our
office personally to complete a standard rental agreement, whereby the
customer will enter into the agreement as the hirer.
Availability
All rentals are subject to
availability. In the event that a booking deposit has been placed and
the vehicle cannot be produced at the time of collection, the hirer
shall be assigned with another vehicle of similar capacity until the
reserved vehicle is available for swooping.
Payment
Mode
All rates quoted are in Singapore
currency. Full amount is payable upon collection of vehicle by cash.
Deposit

A
booking deposit is required for all bookings or reservations, and it
shall be refunded to the hirer upon the return of vehicle.

In
any case whereby an extra charge is required for the rental of the
car, it will be deducted from the deposit and the balance will be
refunded to the hirer only upon return of vehicle.
Cancellation of Booking
In the event that a hirer decided to
cancel a reservation whereby a booking deposit has already being placed,
there shall be no refund on the deposit collected. Strictly no refund
after deposit.
Late Return
Every late hour is chargeable at $10
for cars below 1600 cc and below and $20 per hour for cars above 1600 cc
up to the 4th hour. Further delays will result in the hirer being
charged for a whole day rental for that particular vehicle.
Belonging
All belonging left in cars will be discarded.
Penalty
In any case the hirer drives the car to Malaysia without prior consent,
he/she will be charged $500 as a penalty.
Traffic Violations &
Offences
All traffic violations and offences
committed during the car rental
period shall deem to be the
responsibility of the Hirer.
Extra Driver
Additional driver will be charged an extra $10 SGD a day up to $200 SGD.
New Driver
New
driver (P plate) under 1 year experience will be charged $10 daily SGD
up to $200 SGD
GPS
Rental
GPS
Satellite Navigation is
available for rental at $10 SGD a day up to $150 SGD.
Insurance
All vehicles are insured under Third
Party Insurance.
Hirer must pay excess in full amount in any case of an accident. In any
case where the hirer needs to claim 3rd party insurance, the hirer still
needs to pay the excess in full before payout from the insurance if any.
Malaysia Usage
Vehicles are strictly for local use only. If you need to travel to
Malaysia, you will need to rent a medium sized vehicle 1.5L. An
additional $50 daily surcharge applies.
Change of Date and Timing
When a reservation is confirmed, you are allowed to change the date and
time within 24 hours.
Strictly no changes of date and time after 24 hours.
Bookings
Reservations are only confirmed after deposit is made. First come first
serve basis only. We do not and will not hold any vehicles for any
reason
