1. Do you accept p-plate hirers?

Yes we do. However there is an additional charge of $10 daily. All rentals will be accepted as long as you have a valid driving licence in Singapore.

2. What is the operating hours?

We operate from 10am-6pm on weekdays and 10am-12pm on Saturdays. We do not operate on Sundays and public holidays.

3. What are the locations for collection of vehicles?

All collection and returning of vehicles are to be done at the arranged location depending on the vehicle.

4. How much is the deposit for booking or reservation of vehicle?

The minimum deposit for each vehicle is $50. The deposit will be refunded to you when the car is returned. Please contact me for more details.

5. How much fuel should the vehicle be returned with?

It should be returned with the exact amount that is first rented to you in the first place or more. Please take note that only 95 and above fuels are allowed.

6. Can your vehicle be driven into Malaysia?

Only 1.5 litres and above vehicles are allowed to be driven into Malaysia.
There will be additional daily surcharge depending on how many days you will be in Malaysia.

7. Can another person drive the vehicle?

The vehicle can only be driven by the hirer only. However if you do require an additional driver, there will be an additional surcharge of $10 per day.

8. What time should I return the vehicle?

The vehicle must be returned at the same time as you collected the vehicle in the first place.

9. When should I return the car if i rent it on a monthly basis?

If you rent a car for a month on the 16th, you will have to return the monthly car rental on the 15th of the next month.

9. Do you provide cash card and parking coupons?

No. You can purchase them on your own from any convenient stores or petrol station.

10. Will there be any refunds or discounts if I decide to return the vehicle on an earlier date? 

No. No refunds or discounts will be given. The hirer will be charged according to the cost of rental as agreed.
